Our next Bay Area chapter meeting will be on Sunday, March 3, 2019 from 1 to 3 PM in the Hoover Pavilion at Stanford: 211 Quarry Road, 2nd floor, Room 208 – Palo Alto
This is a friendly, confidential meeting where you can share and learn from one another about local resources, tips and tricks for coping with the physical and psychological challenges, and offer and receive support.
This meeting we will have a special guest speaker, Richard Gee, MPT. Richard is a physical therapist that works at the Stanford Center for rehabilitation services. He spoke previously at a family day event several years ago. He will give a short presentation, and will be available for questions and discussion. This will be a great opportunity for many of us struggling with mobility challenges, pain, etc. We hope you will be able to attend.
Directions: Parking is free behind the Hoover building (but not free in the multi-story lot). The conference room is on the 2nd floor, to the right of the elevators.
Hosted by Chapter Directors Sue and Kent Drescher. For questions & to RSVP, please contact them at BayAreaChapter@FSHSociety.org.
