In PART 2 of the June “Feeling Fit” sessions, Frank Hanley will review and discuss exercises presented in PART 1 and demonstrate additional breathwork exercises to promote nose breathing and help strengthen the diaphragm.   Attendees are encouraged to share their experiences and bring questions.

“During a check-up, the doctor asked me if I was waking up with headaches. He was concerned that FSHD could be weakening my diaphragm.  I started to practice special breathing exercises to strengthen my diaphragm and improve my breathing. Within days, the headaches were gone.”
