Wellness Hour: Open Forum and Global Connectio

Join us for our next Weekend Wellness Hour, an open forum gathering designed for members of the international FSHD community who are available on the last Saturday of most months. This welcoming space brings together individuals at every stage of the FSHD journey, from newly diagnosed to long-experienced community members, for meaningful conversation, shared questions, practical suggestions, and peer support.

There is no recording of this session, creating a comfortable environment for discussion. Topics unfold naturally during the hour, and we’ll also share updates on international FSHD events, resources, videos, and articles. We’re grateful for this opportunity to connect through the FSHD Society, and most importantly, to gather among friends who truly understand.
