Canada Multi-Chapter Meeting with SOLVE FSHD

THIS IS A MEETING YOU WON’T WANT TO MISS! Eva Chin of SOLVE FSHD will be offering an update along with some exciting news for BC Chapter members! Via Zoom, Eva will get us all up to speed on the progress that was covered in SOLVE’s recent Whistler summit. Topics covered will be a summary of the many new treatments now in clinical trials, and which leading therapies are moving towards regulatory approval by 2027.

Also an exciting announcement detailing the newly formed Industry Collaborative which will further accelerate clinical development and improve clinical trial efficiencies. Spoiler Alert: developing a biomarker and clinical outcomes tool kit!! Eva will also outline how our BC community can engage with this collaboration through participation in a pilot project that will study various biomarkers of FSHD. Time permitting, Eva would like to gauge our community’s interest in future clinical trials at the new St. Paul’s Hospital Medical Campus.
