3rd Annual Idaho Talent Fest April 29, 2023
The FSHD Society, Idaho Chapter, will once again be hosting the Idaho Talent Fest to Cure FSH Muscular Dystrophy. Auditions open on February 1st!
The Idaho Talent Fest to Cure FSH Muscular Dystrophy is presented by the FSHD Society and Aesthetic Eye, PC. This competition will not only spotlight and celebrate many talented individuals but will also raise funds and awareness for those suffering from FSH Muscular Dystrophy.
Auditions will be submitted online and are open to all forms of performance talent. After the submission deadline, auditions will be screened and the contestants will be presented online for the public to vote to select the finalists.
Finalists will have the opportunity to perform on stage in front of judges and a live audience at the Idaho Talent Fest, which will be held April 29th at the Special Events Center at Boise State University. Each contestant must be twelve years or older to participate.
Awards of $1,000, $500, and $250 will be given to our first, second, and third place winners selected by the judges. There will also be people's choice trophies for the first, second, and third place winners selected by public voting.
Here are the important dates to keep in mind:
- February 1st - Online auditions open
- March 1st - Submission deadline
- March 3rd - Contestants announced and online voting begins
- March 17th - Voting ends for contestants
- March 20th - Finalists announced
- April 29th - The Idaho Talent Fest performance at the Boise State University Special Events Center
