New Year Greetings to our PNW FSHD Community! We are looking forward to having our first meeting of the year in Portland, Oregon on Feb. 10th, the first day of the Chinese Lunar New Year. We will have a QiGong session to add positive energy for the Year of the Earth Dragon. We will follow the exercise with refreshments of Chinese dim sum and tea. We are still working on finding an accessible location for our meeting. This will be offered in person and virtually.
