Adjunct Scientific Workshop

On May 9th, 2025, the FSHD Society will host an Adjunct Scientific Workshop. This meeting will be held virtually. It will be in a webinar format, is open to the public, and will be recorded. After the meeting, the report will be posted here.

An Adjunct Scientific Workshop brings together key voices from the clinical and research communities to engage in rich discussion with the FDA. Our goal for this meeting is to address clinical assessment challenges in FSHD across three important areas: Functional outcome assessments, MIR and imaging, and circulating biomarkers. We will explore the current challenges, opportunities and approaches that are best suited to this heterogeneous disease.
