Every Walk & Roll is local; built by volunteers, families, and friends. But the impact is national. When you show up in your city, you’re joining a bigger wave of support that pushes research forward and grows the community that surrounds families living with FSHD.
We fund progress: every dollar helps accelerate research and move promising work closer to treatments.

You can still be part of the movement: start a new Walk & Roll, host a DIY fundraiser, or register as a virtual participant and fundraise from home.

Kickstart your fundraising with a self-donation (and get a thank-you prize!)
Add a self-donation when you register to jumpstart your page and lead the way for your supporters. As a thank-you, you’ll receive a small prize.
Self-donations are optional, but they’re one of the fastest ways to build early momentum—and show others you’re all in.

Max Adler launched Team Mighty Max because he watched his Mom, Lisa, and Grandma Ruth struggle with FSH Muscular Dystrophy. Determined to do all he could so that no one would have to go through this ever again, he joined forces with the FSHD Society and determined to be a part of the solution.
