Walk & Roll Teams

Whether you’re walking and rolling with us in person or participating virtually, every step leads to one powerful moment— the Walk & Roll to Cure FSHD.

From now until then, we invite you to team up and help drive progress toward a cure for FSHD.

Teams are the heart of the FSHD Community. They bring people together, build connections, and amplify our impact. Starting or joining a team is simple—and when we unite, we’re stronger than FSHD.

Ready to get started? Let’s do this—together!

Team Captain Toolkit

Teams are the driving force behind Walk & Roll; making up the majority of participants and raising over 80% of total funds. In fact, team members raise, on average, $100 more per person than individuals who walk or roll solo.

We know team captains play a crucial role in that success, so we’ve pulled together resources to support your efforts and help you make the journey even more fun and impactful.
