Walk & Roll to Cure FSHD - the only signature event across North America soley focused on raising funds for FSHD
The Walk & Roll to Cure FSHDÂ is the singularly focused on funding progress for FSHD. Led entirely by dozens of dedicated volunteers, supported by a small staff, events take place across the U.S. and Canada. With one of the lowest expense ratios in the industry, more than $0.91 of every dollar raised supports patient programs and funds FSHD progress.

We began the campaign in 2018 with just 5 events. This community of fierce FSHDers across North America continue to celebrate successful Walk & Roll events year after year. Since the campaign began, the community has contributed more than $3.3 million to fund critical research and programs of patient education and support.

We celebrate teams and top fundraisers, share personal stories, and come together in one voice that is thousands strong to say, "we are stronger than FSHD!" We will keep going until a cure is found!

Max Adler, National Walk & Roll to Cure FSHD Ambassador
Max Adler launched Team Mighty Max because he watched his Mom, Lisa, and Grandma Ruth struggle with FSH Muscular Dystrophy. Determined to do all he could so that no one would have to go through this ever again, he joined forces with the FSHD Society and determined to be a part of the solution.
"I watched my Mom and Grandma struggle with this disease, and I don’t want that to happen to anyone, anywhere, ever again. The money we raise by participating in this Walk & Roll supports programs and research that will directly impact patients and their families living with FSH Muscular Dystrophy (FSHD)." - Max Adler
