This was a super useful video. Finally, some exercises from someone who really understands what I can & can’t do, and also with ideas for how to make them a little easier or tougher. Thank you so much! I wonder if it would be possible to make a video just of the exercises, or a couple of pages with images & descriptions, so we can refer back to the exercises without having to watch the whole video?
